Dress up time!

Here is a picture of me as a fancy lad. You may recognize the little overalls from the really really free market. Here I'm wearing them PLUS a little bonnet we got that day too. These items came from a pile of free baby stuff that had definitely just come out of someone's attic, where they had been for the last 30 years, at least. I must say, I'M a little embarassed by this, but mom and dad think it's hilarious, so I put up with it.

My dad is so cool

My dad is the coolest guy ever. He knows I like to look around and check stuff out, so what does he do? He fashions for me the finest wrap ever. I call this series of photos "Ollie and the Amazing Technicolor Babywrap." Mommy didn't think this fabric would ever be used for anything. Daddy doesn't like to get rid of anything, ever. But this time he was definitely wise for keeping it! Check out how nothing but yards and yards of fabric can be cleverly wrapped around you to hold up a cute little baby like me. It ties in the back. NEATO!

Here is a closeup of me LOVING it. Check out that little thumbs up!

The photos you've all been waiting for...

Mommy has finally figured out how to make me smile. I'm pretty sure it was one of her happiest moments ever. Here's a series of photos of the event.

Here I am thinking maybe she's kind of funny:
Here I have definitely decided I like her quite a bit:
And here, she has clearly become the coolest and most hilarious lady ever.
It's not the best angle for a great view of my gummy smile, but it'll do for now!

I'm a rolly-poly little tank!

Thursday was my 2 month well-baby checkup! I tipped the scales at 15 lbs 12 oz, with an empty diaper even! I've also grown a bit longer... 23 1/4 inches. Last month I was 22 1/4 inches. No wonder I sleep all the time. I also got FOUR shots. Two in each leg. I did not enjoy that at all. But, after my initial shriek, I quieted down as soon as the nurse handed me back to daddy. He always makes me feel better. Here I am later that day in my chair, with my taz bandaids on my really chubby legs:

The Really Really Free Market

Last weekend, the mommy and daddy took me to the Really Really Free Market, hosted by Autonomous Athens, a sort-of anarchist group. There was very little anarchy, but LOTS of free stuff. We took a lot of stuff that we didn't want and gave it away, and we managed to come home with a lot of new-to-us free stuff. Yay for sharing! Here I am sleeping while mommy wears me in the sling:

And here I am in my cool vintage duds we picked up while we were there. That is not only a really old pair of baby overalls, but it's also a cloth diaper cover, all in one! But, it's not a very effective one. I came dangerously close to a major blowout while I was doing this modeling. Oh, the sacrifices I already have to make for fashion....

And, here I am winking at a cute girl I saw:
